Brad came out to look at my trees for possible spraying for insects. My trees ended up being in pretty good shape, and Brad gave me some recommendations on a stressed pine tree that I could do myself to help it. He knew I was cost concerned, and was very helpful and honest about my trees not really requiring the level of care that they offered. They gave estimate, I accepted and made appointment, they never showed up, I called, left voice message, they called back and the phone only rang twice, I called back immediately and no answer, left another message and gave up hope of ever getting a call back after a week.
