I had a large area of carpet that was shredded by my dog, and the staff was very flexible with my work schedule, helpful in suggesting different options to accommodate my situation, and mindful of my budget and timeframe. The repair job looks great, no one would even notice the patch. Will definitely use them again!

Phenomenal service! Just moved to the area and wanted the carpet stretched before the furniture arrived. Rob came out right away and gave us an honest opinion of what we actually needed. Overall I had a very positive experience with Northern Arizona Carpet Repair. Robert did a fantastic job and the carpet looks great! Robert did arrive about a half hour outside the scheduled window, however he made sure to call an hour or so beforehand to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive. He completed the job in about an hour. Overall, it was a positive and painless experience.
