We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.

Looking for a fly by night contractor. Look no further. This company will charge full price but end up only do a fraction of the work. We asked that they share some camera footage before jetting our drains and they didn’t share anything and came out and jetting one downspout for under a half hour for $800 dollars. It’s not clear if that is the price per drain or the half hour rate because they never sent an invoice. They also strong armed my wife to give them a check before they left, even thoug

Once accepted, started the next day and completed major excavation, repair of sewage and storm sewer lines in one and a half days. Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had.
