I met Michael after a water pipe burst in my house causing significant damage to the kitchen and pantry. Michael is knowledgeable and experienced so he is great at explaining what happened and what he needs to do to fix the problem. He goes out of his way to help make sure things are taken care of, even if that means coming by the house on Sunday to address a question I had. After another Restoration company abandoned me, I was recommended NGOTS. Mike came out, looked at the restore repairs of our bathroom. He worked with my insurance which took alot of time. They handled the requirements for insurance and they scheduled the restoration process from start to finish. I definitely will tell my friends and family, if they ever need restoration after a major repair in there home. Big Thank you to Mike.
