One of the monitoring features was never installed completely so it didn’t work, the breakers pop every time it rains, and had to have a roof leak fixed from broken tiles. And slow response to any issues. I've been trying to get them to resolve an issue for 2 months now and they won't even return my calls or send a technician. If you want a company that leaves you hanging with poor installation & nonexistent after-sales service, these are your guys! Not recommended.
