Call dispatcher said "NOT treating termites in your area" and transferred to another call center..... who transferred me to another local pest company that did not answer their phone. 100% ineffective process. Forget the website pics. IF you need termite treatment, THEN don't call these guys!

Called and the next day they had Steve come out and assess my problem! Thought it was fleas Fortunately it was not. Steve was prompt, extremely Knowledgeable, and took all the care and precautions to make sure i felt peace of mind to move into the space. Highly recommend nextgen and Steve!
