Eddie called me before he arrived, again when he got here to explain what he would be doing, and once more when he was finished to walk me through everything he observed and did. He also took the time to explain it all to the tenants in the household. I truly appreciate the thorough communication and the work he did. Hopefully I will nt need him again however if I do.
