I saw excellent reviews for New Era/Charles after searching for carpet repair in my area. I needed carpet trimmed and tacked down in front of new appliances. Charles texted me immediately, came out for an estimate and finished the job very expertly within a few days. I was very impressed, and will definitely call him again in the future!

Charles from New Era Steam Cleaning and Restoration was very professional, efficient, and friendly. He was super easy to work with and came out the very next day. He gave plenty of updates on his ETA as well as updates with progress as he was working. Our carpet was heavily soiled with dog pee and he was able to get rid of set in stains that had been there for years. Our house smells fresher already. I highly recommend his services and we definitely plan to call him again in the future.
