DO NOT HIRE. UNPROFESSIONAL, VERBALLY ABUSIVE. LEFT ME WITH AN INCOMPLETE PROCESS DESPITE BEING PAID, THEN THREATENED TO SUE ME!! I hired Sanjay to do the demolition on my pool. For the extension of my house- New Edge Construction handled everything from getting permits, inspections, certificates and delivered a high quality work in the worst time of Covid ( when everything was shut down and bottlenecked). Sanjay and his team completed extension with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and extra space added as per the plans and visualizations. We had home addition, adding two story 955 sq ft in the back of existing house. We thought it was not possible. New Edge team were very professional in guiding us at every steps, with realistic time expectation. During COVID, there was struggle with materials. After every thing done, we got great value. We had 1450 sqft single family home, not its 2500 sq ft home with two story in the back.

DO NOT HIRE THIS BUILDER! He is a thief and a liar. He will steal your money. He kept me hanging for over 2 years supposedly trying to get permits that I never saw. Then tried to charge me double after a contract was signed between the bank, himself, and myself on an agreed upon amount based on an appraisal.
