I’ve used this company for 4 different moves. 3 times for apartment-to-apartment within Chicago, and final time today for a load-only move (loading truck for me to drive out of state). I moved in May 2026 at a very happy with the service from new city moving. They were upfront about their costs, which included fees for discarding a few items. It was easy to arrange an arrival time for my crew over the phone, and I was notified when they were about an hour away. Hans, Angelo, and Kenneth were all very courteous and professional, and they took care when packing my fragile items. I would recommend this company for anyone thinking about moving in the Chicagoland area.
