Update: Had Mark out again, one year later, and once again he did an amazing job. The couches look like they're new again. Fantastic!! We had couches cleaned and they came out perfect! We have an off-white couch that had seen better days but it looks amazing now. I would not hesitate to use Mark again and I will be calling him again for future jobs. A+
