I called 2 of their locations (retail locations) during business hours and called multiple times and nobody answered. I hate to give my business to chain stores like Leslie’s but at least they answer phone calls

Not a lot to say about pool and spa shops, but the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable about, well, pools and spas. Most of what is likely to be needed for, pools and spas, is in stock and they will analyze pool or spa water free and effectively. I have no reason to look elsewhere, and no intention.
