I had a really great experience with Net Positive. Our pump went out and they were able to come out and diagnose the problem the same day. The communication was great and they kept their install date without delaying me. Highly recommend and i will use them again.

Wouldn’t recommend. Called them to help fix our pool chemistry due to high CYA and help with unclogging an overflow drain. Drain was unclogged but didn’t drain enough water out of pool. Once refilled, CYA levels were roughly the same and too high. Had to call and text to try to get someone to revisit. Tech revisited (without telling us he was here). Tested water and left without talking to us about next steps. Still sitting with same CYA levels after two visits and company didn’t want to come ba
