What I liked about Nelson was the communication. From the sales rep, to the PM and team leader of the construction crews, we were informed and Nelson listen to us. This was our fourth major remodel we done with our and it is was the least stressful. I contribute this to the communications. Now are home is free of cedar siding and single pane windows. I had them rebuild the entire deck, pour a large concrete patio, and put a shed roof over a portion of it. The engineering and construction was ridiculously solid, and far better than the deck it replaced. The deck is top notch with premium material of composite decking and aluminum railing. They went to extraordinary lengths to address existing engineering complications, ensuring a solid foundation. All issues were addressed, no matter how small. I have no complaints.
