Nicole and her team are fabulous. I initially worked directly with Nicole to set up the recurring appointment, and then with Candi as she was the one who came to clean our apartment. Candi was so kind and did such a wonderful job every time --- my home always spotless after Candi was done. She's thorough and careful--she always made sure to handle my belongings with care, and often when above and beyond what I expected. Nicole was very responsive and communicative if there were ever any changes.
