Overpriced service, bills always go up even when you use less power. Extra bs charges to check the meter that they dont read properly. Just adding on more charges for less usage

I have been a Navopache Electric Co-Op customer for 2 years since moving to Show Low from the Tucson, AZ area. In those 2 years, I have only experienced 2 outages. Furthermore, power was restored for these outages in less than one half hour. These results are far better than I have ever experienced with any other provider of electricity service. Eyewitnesses Sparks and a large explosion coming from the power lines behind my house it's 7:00 on Friday. I know they're closed but I'm trying to report this to them just in case ,I've been trying for an hour, I don't want to bother 911. I believe North Korea has a more stable power grid than Navopache Electric. At home I am serviced by APS. Almost zero issues in 11 years. Just down the road at my office I'm serviced by Navopache Electric. Constant power outages, power surges, power flickers on and off.
