I had a scheduled estimate appointment at my building. Called to confirm- no response; waited at my location for the schedule time- a NO SHOW. After scheduled appointment no phone call or contact or explanation.

If it were possible to give fewer than one star, I would. My initial repair appointment was cancelled twice. When the technician eventually arrived—he was courteous and professional—the shutter appeared to be fixed. However, when I attempted to use it just two weeks later, it failed again. Customer service is virtually nonexistent; calls go unanswered, and the online scheduling system is unreliable.
