Disappointing experience. We have a 20 yo gas fireplace that was old and corroded. Went to the Natick Fireplace store. The guy who was there seemed to listen well enough and seemed mostly interested. He asked for photos and then said he would get back to me the next day or two possible models and an estimate. I texted and emailed him photos that day. A week went by and I heard nothing so I called him. He sort of apologized and said it slipped mind, but he would get something to me that afternoon
