Each panel might reduce you bill by ten dollars a year . I paid for six solar panels at the beginning of February 2025. NES did nothing . I called in mid march and the representative couldn’t get me in touch with that department . I kept calling in and was given several emails that were returned by nes email as not active . I’m highly disappointed in nes. It’s their program and they can’t offer a way for people to get in contact with the right department. At this point I asked for a refund .
