We had a ceiling damaged in our bathroom caused by a water leak from the upstairs condo. It damaged the concreat, plastered and painting to our ceiling. MZ started on the repair and found that it still showed signs of being wet even well after the water was shut off upstairs. He decided to hold off completing the repair and notified us if he finished it would just have to be done again at a later date. That was a money saving decision. It’s kind of hard to find honest, reliable people like this
