Rich Gakavian did an amazing job. Our 20+ y/o carpets and hallway tile look like new! The family room carpet was full of cat puke stains - now totally gone! He arrived on time and took extra care in providing exceptional service.Great communicator! Price was reasonable. I highly recommend MCC & Restoration (already gave his info to a neighbor) and would use them again. (Cleaned carpet in 2 bedrooms, hall and hall steps, family room. Cleaned tile in foyer.)

The owner and his team did an outstanding job. The carpets looked heavily worn from everyday traffic and pet messes, and somehow they made them look fresh, clean, and almost new again. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. Highly recommend
