Very professional plumbing work and a quick installation of our new toilet! Tohi is a highly skilled plumber who put in a lot of effort to remove the old toilet, carry in the new one, and install it perfectly. The new toilet looks amazing.

Tohi from Mr.Rooter has saved us soooooo many times when it came to drain issues!! This last time we called because we suffered fire to the side of our building—he took our call since he knew us! He showed me pictures of black sludge he jet out of the drain ! And just for good measure he cleaned out 4 other drains including the main line! Full service!! Mr. Rooter promptly came out to stop a water leak from my washing machine and replaced the broken valve with a new valve and new tubing.
