Called them Monday, May 11th and they were able to come the same day. My technician - Keith (or Mr Smiles) was fantastic taking great care to make sure he kept the house clean, showing me the issue and fixing in that same day even though he wasnt able to show up until about 7pm. Keith was able to quickly diagnose and fix my issue much to my relief even at that late hour.
