A DIY project that went bad required us to look for a plumber at 6pm. After calling several companies that advertised 24 hour service and finding no help we tried Mr Rooter and they did get someone to come out at 8pm. The serviceman Will was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave detailed pricing and after discovery of the problem he gave a detailed price to repair.
