Thank you so much for the thorough job and solving our tankless water heater issues!! Paul was so helpful and walked us through what was happening with our water heater. He also did a great job looking at our water heater as a whole and noticed that the vent to release the carbon monoxide from the water heater was not attached properly and in fact opened to where it wasn’t venting to the outside. He fixed that right up thankfully!
