I reached out to Mr. Fix It of Payson for help with a dishwasher issue and even sent him the exact YouTube video showing the repair and the part I ordered. He said he’d watch it and get back to me — but never did. No follow-through, no communication. Very disappointing. If reliability and professionalism matter to you, I’d look elsewhere. After several days with no response, I left a 1-star review based on the lack of follow-through. Only after the review did he contact me — not to apologize,

Norm and Nate helped me tremendously. I’m disabled and I needed air conditioning they installed it. They were friendly. They were fair and they showed up which is great. I don’t often rate five stars, but they more than deserve it.. Small or large jobs they’re the best that I had.
