I came home from a trip and discovered some lights not working and breaker tripping. They came out the next day and the technician was on time and very honest about all the issues he found and what they recommend. He was not pushy and up front of what needed to do to be up to code, since there was some new things since house was built. He also did a full house inspection to make sure nothing else was affected. The tech was on site for about an hour to replace 5 smoke detectors. They charged us $910.00. Mr. Electric made our "Do Not Use Again" list of contractors due to unreasonable pricing. 10/10/2025 update: Mr. Electric honored our request for a 50% refund after an escalation of the pricing issue. We were ultimately charged $455 for the installation. It's our hope the feedback we provided will create real change in the company's pricing policy.
