One project they did was well done. But the 2nd had an issue with the 2nd switch in a stairwell. Getting them to address the issue is very difficult. No phyiscal address or phone number (only get an unhelpful answering service) to connect with for support. Frustrating to say the least.

I cannot highly recommend the team at Mr. Electric of El Paso enough. They are ALL about the customer, do what it takes, are professional, on-time and you can can see they are very passionate about what they do. Truly, cannot say enough great things about them.

Mr. Electric brings tremendous value to their customers. They prioritize safety, doing the job right the first time, and treating customers with respect. This value is worth it and brings peace of mind. They are insured and back the work that they do. Not all electrical companies bring this level of professionalism, accountability, and value.
