Great customer service, honest and does what they say they are going to do! Classy touch showing the picture of the technician before they arrive. What, a company that serves customers, I know it is unheard of this day and age, but Mr. Appliance does it!

Mr. appliance sent their tech, Jay, to service my brand new dryer. He was very knowledgeable about the brand and knew exactly the problem I was having. He checked everything and gave me great advice on what my next steps should be, including reaching out to the manufacturer. He was really nice, great people skills, no BS.
