Juanita was amazing, my experience over all was wonderful. I paid for a new move in clean, top to bottom, and 10 out of 10. Excellent on communication and meeting your requests and expectations. I will be rebooking on a monthly basis now.

Not satisfied with the cleaning service. They obviously cleaned but not to the standards I would have liked. I paid extra for the deep clean and extra for baseboards. When I came back to the house I ended up having to still clean the baseboards obvious spots were missed. We also got charged for another area that was missed during cleaning. San Antonio Move Out Cleaning Services cleaned my apartment in Olmos Park after I moved out and they were wonderful. Dulce got the fridge, oven, and baseboards clean and made the whole place look refreshed. I paid using Zelle and didn't have any problems. My leasing agent even made a comment about how clean it was. I would definitely use them again.
