These guys were great. The knowledge of the system and patience in explaining how the fireplace works was above and beyond. The team gave me a text notification when they were on their way. This was great because they were almost an hour earlier than expected!

Pete and Nathan were on time and very professional. My chimney hadn’t been cleaned since the house was built in 2004. They laid down tarps and made sure they didn’t make a mess. My questions were answered so I understood the answer and now I’m concerning converting my wood burning fireplace to gas.
