Joey is not very reliable. I had to continuously reach out to him through numerous texts and voice mail to get him to confirm the dates when he agreed to start the work. Then he just went dark, didn’t answer texts or returned calls and didn’t show up. Very disappointing when you plan weeks ahead of time with him and he doesn’t come through.
