I feel like I should start this review by noting that I almost NEVER write negative reviews and always try to give folks the benefit of the doubt. When reaching out to Candy, she was able to get back to us pretty quickly to schedule an inquiry call; however, on the day of the appnt, she was ten minutes late, let us know she had forgotten about the meeting, and then proceeded to tell us that she hadn't looked at any of the materials sent over a month prior for the meeting to help guide the call.
