Kobe was AWESOME! Seriously. I reached out months ago about getting our windows siding cleaned, and he advised me to wait until later in the spring so that our house didn’t get immediately dirty again from a spring storm. He could have just taken our money but really cared about doing things the right way. He communicates quickly and clearly, is very kind, punctual (early or anything!) and a hard worker. No Show, No Call!! I went to great lengths to work from home on the day scheduled for detail so that the vehicle would be available. Kobe sent several automated texts stating the detail appt was coming up. This morning I got up early and had everything ready and Kobe did not show up. I text him to please communicate and had NO RESPONSE. I don't think he is in business any longer. Don't book, go elsewhere.
