Within just 2 months of storing my belongings here, my mattress and clothing were soaked in a FOUL SMELLING LIQUID. It has been 30 DAYS since requesting reimbursement for the damaged items, and every email and follow-up has been completely ignored. This has caused hardship and inconvenience as the entire reason I rented a storage unit
