My initial quote was 2 years ago and i was delayed for so many reasons. But John- dint hesitate to accomodate me again. He responded quickly which i thought he would ignore me. And cane to my house to re measure everything even though it was initially measured 2 yeas ago. He wanted to make sure it's still correct. He was very organized, and easy to communicate with. T
