We called for a new screen door with installation. Kyle came out, did a good job measuring & said someone would call with an estimate. He had trouble finding our place after being given the wrong first name & address. When no one called after 4 days, we did & were told someone else would be giving us an estimate..2 weeks later & nothing. Very unprofessional.

We had Mike as our tech and we are pleased with the screen replacement and frame rebuilds. The fit is snug and he was very informative in response to questions that I asked. I did wait over a week since service to write this review, as I wanted to test them out first. 😊 The one thing I would have liked with this company would have been a confirmation call 1-3 days prior just to reassure me they would in fact still be coming, as I had to wait several weeks just for an appointment.
