Unreliable. Service scheduled but then the installer had to cancel. Service scheduled on a different day and installer did not show up during scheduled time. Person answering phone could not even get reach the dispatcher to figure out the status.

Great company and customer service very quick and great service

Tyler came out today to my home in Florence, and wow!!!!! What professionalism, phenomenal customer service from the lady that answered the phone to all the way when Tyler showed up to run my circuit I wanted. The price was very reasonable, and he communicated with me throughout the job process. If I could I would give Tyler 10 / 10 stars. Will definitely be calling back to Mister Sparky for all my future work
