John Noel, the electrician who came to our home when we were basically in crisis mode with our electrical system, handled our situation very professionly and gave us excellent service for a fair price. It was a big job but he just plowed through the mess with courtesy, patience, and a lot of hard work. This is the second time my huband and I have used Mr. Sparky and we plan to call them for any future electrical needs.

Big time sales tactics! SMH. Called these guys to look into a fixture that wasn’t coming on. Quoted $800 to replace it without looking at the actual issue. After some haggling, quoted $500 to diagnose and replace a switch. Agreed to the work and the fixture is still not working. Nothing but bait and switch sales tactics trying to diagnose and upgrade other parts of the house rather than to simply address the issue they got called for.
