I was trying to install a French door lock but not sure how. First went to the Home Depot and they said they don’t carry flush bolts lock. I asked them when they would have they said don’t know. Then I came to Lowe’s. A gentleman came Steve was super helpful. He asked me patiently what exactly I needed to do. Then he gave me the advice of how to do it. None of these keys worked. It was cheap and I have asked for a refund so if all goes well I will give them another shot and change my review. So far I have not been contacted by them.
