Was told they would send a locksmith out, waited forever, called them back. They told me locksmith would be contacting me shortly, never heard back. Called again and was then told no locksmith in my area
The key machine works just fine, but because of the design on the head of the key (where a key ring would go) the key gets caught and will not hang correctly. Had to drill the key to make it work on my key key ring.
They never showed up or returned my calls. When I tried calling back they kept hanging up or putting me on hold.
