Excellent work, fair price

The inspector was quick to respond and was great. He's the only reason this isn't a 1 star. I had to call every single day to get any updates, a few times they actually had questions. Each time I was told we were waiting on an estimate. A week and a half and the estimator calls me with questions so they can work on the estimate. I had already hired another company and they were doing the work when I got the call.

In Sept 2025 we came home from an overnight trip and found two inches of water in our master bedroom and walk-in closet. The culprit? A rusted out water heater located in a cabinet in the walk-on closet. Mint Restoration was immediately responsive. They removed the water and set up heat and ventilation systems to remove moisture from soaked flooring, carpet and sheetrock to minimize damage and prevent mold. I had a home fire. The next day my daughter called and asked then to board up my place. It was done well. I also asked for a bid for demolition and removal. Three bid was reasonable and they completed the job in a timely manner during the incredibly hot Yuma summer.
