If you want to pay and get nothing in return, this is the company to contact. They have serious internal communication issues, both within their own team and with their subcontractors. I’ve been trying to get our doors fixed for two months, with constant rescheduling and multiple site visits that resulted in no actual repairs. Before hiring them, 1 out of 8 doors was not working. My home's garage door could not open to the top. Technician came and fixed it in one hour. Now it can open to the top, and it's much less noisy than before. Great experience.

Terrible experience. The technician came to look at a jamming gate at my house. He clicked the opener button a few times, looked at the panel, then said he didn't know anything about it, he'd never heard of the gate brand, and couldn't help.
