An absolute evil experience. The movers were late. They removed the hardware off of my hutch and nightstand. Isaiah got into a physical fight with the owner of the store directly under me for parking a 26 foot UHaul truck in handicapped parking and taking other spaces and blocking the drive through. I ran out of boxes and had to use plastic grocery bags to finish, and those bags were never given back to me. They gouged my $1300 silver chest and scraped it badly. They scraped my hutch all down

NO SHOW AND DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED Update 9/11/2025 - I paid Mindful Movers a $650 deposit 30 days in advance, they confirmed the time the day before, but on moving day they never showed up and stopped responding. They left me stranded on the day my lease was ending, and I had to rent a truck and move myself. They texted a couple of times that morning, then went completely dark and ignored calls and messages. No communication the rest of the day, no help, and no follow-up that week about refundi

A friend of mine just moved. They didn't wrap her furniture, which got damaged. They used a 26 foot u-haul truck with NO LOCK on it. Lots of items were lost that were in bags that were meant for immediate use. They took turns going into the bathroom for 30 mins. at a time. NO EXAGGERATION! When my friend called to complain, the owner was rude and hung up on her. BUYER BEWARE!!! She had a witness to her phone call. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH THE BBB. I expected a response like you gave
