We went there during store hours and doors were locked...we knocked and nobody came. Called their number, they said they were open...if emergency call this number...well I didn't have a pen so we left. This was a Saturday in March 2026. We went to Willis and Klein and got exceptional service.

So glad we used Miller Fancy Bath & Kitchen to remodel our bathroom. We showed up at the showroom on a Saturday and Rick Miller took time to get us started with insightful ideas. I had a small but difficult job. Two of my cabinet drawers needed to be fixed. One had a track that was not working and the other was cracked near the front. Rick Miller, the owner called me after I asked for a quote on BBB. He had a man that could fix the drawers. His cabinet worker came over and was able to get my cabinet running on the same track that had not worked before. I know that this is a small job for a company that installs cabinets, but I greatly appreciated them coming to fix
