Called because I was having problems with a garage door. Over the phone, he walked me through some steps to take for potential fixes, which I appreciate. However, when those fixes didn't work, I called to schedule him out and spoke to who I assume is his wife since it's a small family owned business. She told me he'd call back, and he never did. I ended up calling someone else.
