I was very hopeful about this company, because several reviews mentioned that it had a great local reputation. I tried to contact them using their own website form to request a quote. After 4 days, I had not received either an email or a text (I checked both as options). I then called the company during work hours, but got only a machine. I left a message, but it has now been several more days and no one has gotten back to me. Perhaps it has gone out of business? It's such a shame because

Mike and his crew were prompt, quick, and professional. They carefully removed heavy, bulky items without damaging anything in the house. I also really appreciated the next-day availability so I can stop thinking about the junk and move on to other things.
