I called Mike's Fireplace Service to inspect our residential gas fireplace as we smelled a bit of gas from (what I thought was the pilot light) every now and then. I was able to get an appointment within the week. Mike called when he was on his way, well within the appointment window. He inspected my fireplace, found a leak, showed me where it was, and repaired it. Contacted in October, then they never showed up to the appointment in November. When we rescheduled, they told me they were going to order a new part and get back to me in a couple of weeks. It’s March and they just stopped responding to my texts .
