Despite their own personnel doing an estimate on site, they cancelled the day of installation after confirming by text and phone multiple times because it was outside their scope of work. But they didn’t bother to call - I had to call them to find out why the installer hadn’t shown up. This occurred despite their installer telling me it was easy to accomplish and me showing the estimator exactly what we wanted in another bathroom. Avoid them- they are the contractor for Arkansas Lowe’s stores. W

I would put a zero if I could. We had tile installed in our living room and had went through Lowe’s. They had Midwest flooring contracted for installation. The tile work is absolutely amazing, their customer service is a different story. We have 4 doorways that lead to carpet. 2 of those were already damaged by our dogs so I understand why they were left alone.
