Make sure you have them TRIPLE check the COLOR of your carpet at installation. Clearly mine is wrong- proven by samples and pictures and cs rep argued with me that the lot color varies… NOT THIS MUCH! I’m in construction and have never heard the excuses this “customer service” rep was coming up with. Thank Goodness Lowes stepped up and is filing a claim to reinstall the correct carpet.
